As fire safety engineers, we make sure buildings can be evacuated safely, the spread of fire and smoke is limited, and fire and rescue services can work effectively. We translate the regulatory requirements – the Hungarian National Fire Safety Code (OTSZ) and its technical guidelines (TvMI) – to the specifics of each building.
We don’t fix things afterwards. We join the architect, the structural and the building services engineers at concept stage, so fire safety becomes part of the design – not a costly correction at the end of construction.
